As an NRI, I found it refreshing to stay somewhere that combined hospitality with an authentic feel. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and friendly, and the staff really cared about our comfort. Service was outstanding and on time, and everything was spotless and well maintained. I wish I could have stayed longer at Shivadya Boutique Hotel. I'd happily recommend it and hope to come back.

We had a relaxing family stay at ShivAdya, a beautiful property with an amazing valley view. The landscape and aesthetics are thoughtfully done, and everything is very well maintained. The food was delicious and made fresh to order. It was a lovely mix of comfort and hospitality, and one of the best boutique hotels I've stayed in in India. I'd strongly recommend it for a peaceful break with great scenery.

The staff made us feel looked after from the moment we arrived. Everyone was friendly, professional, and ready to help, and the room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a stunning view. The pool, spa, and fitness center were all well maintained and easy to use. There were lots of tasty dining options for different tastes, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend for a luxurious, relaxing stay.

The food quality is excellent, though service can be slow if you expect meals quickly. The owner personally welcomes guests at dinner and breakfast and is a wonderful host. There are only a few rooms, but they're spacious. It's a beautiful spot away from the city's hustle, well suited to a relaxed vacation.

The most touching surprise was a homemade mango vanilla cake that Ritesh Sir sent us on the morning of my husband's birthday. He had also lovingly prepared an authentic Himachali Dhaam for guests, which was a special treat. His humble, down-to-earth manner and personal care really set Shivadya apart. From arrival, the whole team was warm, courteous, and attentive, and we felt at home. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and the stay became one of our most memorable experiences. Thanks to everyone at Shivadya for the lovely celebration and memories. Highly recommend for genuine hospitality and comfort in Manali.
