A good affordable option for budget travelers. Satish Kumar at reception was so friendly with us, one of the best receptionists I've come across here.

The intercom didn't work, so from our room on the third floor we had to come down every time we needed something. They seemed not to care about guest satisfaction, and the rooms lacked modern amenities. Even in winter they didn't provide an electric kettle, which is a basic need. There was no room service at all. A very poor experience.

Satish Kumar, the receptionist, was really friendly with us. It's an affordable stay for budget travelers, and he's one of the best receptionists I've seen here.
