The staff were polite and helpful, and Mishu Mehta deserves special thanks for the warm hospitality and excellent service. Our room at Himachal Inn Manali was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location and surroundings were beautiful. We stayed for two days and had a really great experience. We'd happily visit again and highly recommend it to anyone coming to Manali.

The rooms at Hotel Himachal Inn were roomy and clean, and the location near Mall road made it easy to get to the places we wanted to see in Manali. Everyone on staff was polite and ready to help whenever we asked. Special thanks to Ms Manisha, who handled everything smoothly and professionally and made sure guests had no hassle.

Mishu deserves special thanks for being so warm, courteous, and helpful, and for making sure things were taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel itself was pleasant, with clean, well-kept rooms and a lovely ambience. Service was professional, and I’d happily stay here again on my next trip. It’s a good choice in Manali if you’re looking for a nice stay and great service, and I’d recommend it.
