Hotel Aalayam Rameshwaram (Yatri Nivas) was in a convenient spot, with easy access to the temple and nearby sights. It felt calm and suited to devotees, families, and pilgrims. The neat, spacious rooms were comfortable, and the staff were cooperative and polite. Food was very basic, while the amenities were satisfactory. Cleanliness and upkeep were good, though faster room service and better parking management would improve things. Overall, good value for money and a very good stay. 🙏

I found this hotel online over Christmas and got it for a very reasonable price. We stayed one night. It’s close to the bus stand but away from the congested area, and autos are easy to find at the main gate. The grounds are large, well kept, full of flowers, and have plenty of room for a walk. Our airy, spacious room had daylight, was clean, and had the basic amenities. Both the hotel and room had a peaceful, positive feel. Mr. Manipal kindly let us check in early, which was very convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

At Hotel Aalayam, Rameshwaram, we found the service excellent and the facilities top notch. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. If location is your priority, Alayam Hotel is convenient for the main attractions and nearby temples, and could work for a short visit. The complimentary breakfast was decent, with a simple but satisfactory spread. The rooms were average, with basic cleanliness, but poor upkeep: some areas looked worn and needed repairs or upgrades. Service also fell short, with staff not always attentive or responsive. The location deserves 4 stars, the room cleanliness 3, and hospitality 2. Better maintenance and service would make this a much better choice.
