Grand Beach Resort

We were honestly unsure about booking, but those doubts disappeared as soon as we arrived. Our three-night stay was awesome. It’s a quiet place that still feels playful, and it worked for everyone, from a two-year-old baby to an older person. We’d like to come back.

The beach is less than a minute’s walk away, and the resort has a large pool, a jacuzzi, and small and big waterparks. The kids in particular will have plenty of fun. The cottages are really big and sleep four, with an extra bed available. Food is good, though I’d skip the prawns because they didn’t seem fresh. Everything else we tried was good. A good place for a family or friends trip.

The pool and water park are fun and well designed, and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. Breakfast stood out most: a very wide choice, with both quality and quantity really impressive. Worth visiting with family or friends.

The pool staff were rude and lacked basic politeness. They insisted we rent their swimwear even though we already had suitable synthetic swimwear that met the rules, which felt unnecessary and forced. Pool rules should be enforced for safety, and the staff should be trained to speak to guests politely and professionally. Apart from that, it was a pleasant short stay at Grand Beach Resort in Mandarmani. The welcome drink was refreshing, reception staff were courteous and helpful, and the clean, comfortable room and nice ambience made it relaxing. Service was prompt and satisfactory, and the food tasted good, although it seemed a little expensive for the portion size.
