There were regular plumbing problems, poor housekeeping, and no real service or hospitality. The beds and mattresses were third-rate, and there were no sleeping arrangements for drivers. Staff were completely uncooperative. Caretaker Shyam Lal was rude and ill-mannered; management should give him more grooming or replace him. Sorry for this honest review, but I won't come back.

The surroundings are nice, but the management and hospitality are awful. The supposed shower was just a hand shower, and it was in very bad condition. There was no hot water from the bathroom tap, and even after asking reception repeatedly, we couldn't get one mug of hot water. The room phone was only there for show and didn't work. The room smelled as if it had been opened after sitting unused for a long time. It was dirty and muddy. We stayed two days and two nights, and nobody came to clean the room or bathroom even once. Disgusting.

The resort is mainly booked for weddings. Its central lawn is large and visible or accessible from all 75 rooms inside the property. They've recently added another 25 rooms outside, opposite reception, along with a big lawn. Good location and staff.

A peaceful, good-value resort on the outskirts, nice for a short stay while visiting Mandawa in the Shekhawati region. It also works well for a wedding function.
