We booked two nights, but after checking in at midnight, we couldn't put up with the poor hygiene and bad smell. First thing in the morning, we left and found another place. Very poor.

The smell throughout the room was unpleasant, and I even saw cockroaches. The floors were dusty and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. I arrived around midnight and had booked two nights, but the hygiene was so bad that I had to check out on the second day. It was a very disappointing stay and unacceptable for guest accommodation. The housekeeping and pest control need immediate attention.

The staff were polite, the location seems good, and breakfast was good and adequate. The facilities seemed okay at first, but much of it is worn out, and the washroom wasn't well maintained. My room was compact and the AC worked fine, but there was no fan, which left me feeling suffocated. It also seemed like the room hadn't been maintained for a long time.

Food: 5 stars. Service: 4.5 stars. Room cleanliness: 2.5 stars. There were insects everywhere.

The room needs a fan and some major maintenance. For the condition of the room, the price feels a bit high.
