I've traveled for more than 10 years and this was one of my worst stays. I had to switch rooms three times: one had no working cable service, another had no wash basin, and the last had bugs in the bathroom. The food was so poor that my first order was also my last. At the price they charge, they should provide better service. I'm sharing this for other guests and for the management, so they can address these problems.
There was sewage water along the road leading to the hotel, and the rooms weren't clean. The sheets and covers were torn, and the bathroom fittings were faulty. The TV was the one decent thing, though some rooms didn't even have a remote.
I booked through oyo, but when I arrived they refused to give me a room because they said every room was already occupied. It was 9 pm and I'd come a long way, but their response was basically, “Do whatever you want, we don't care.” They should have told me ahead of time and closed bookings.
The charges are the highest, but this is the worst hotel with the worst service. There's a gym on the 3rd floor, and the noise is disturbing all the time. They charge for an A.C. room, yet even the fan doesn't work properly.
It's an economical place in a convenient spot near the railway station. The staff were well behaved, but their responses were delayed, and I had to ask several times for basic things. The service didn't meet expectations, so my experience was less than satisfactory.
