Crystal Serenity

The hostess was really nice and helped us with everything, and the beach is close by. We enjoyed staying in this beautiful, peaceful place with its big balcony. There’s a pool that stays open until midnight. There were lizards in and around the room, but since they don’t bother me, it wasn’t a big deal.

We had a lovely time with family and friends, and celebrated my daughter's birthday there. The rooms were tidy, clean, and very nice, and everyone enjoyed the pool. Breakfast in the morning was good, the staff were cooperative, and the place felt cool and pleasant.

The breakfast wasn’t good, and there was no choice offered. The bathroom also had unclean toilet rolls. The receptionist wouldn’t let us use the pool on day one because it hadn’t been cleaned. We’d booked two nights well before check-in, but these issues still weren’t handled. Lizards were everywhere in the hotel, including the rooms. I found one on my bed, asked to move, and there were lizards in the replacement room too. I ended up dealing with it myself with the room service boys, while the managers kept their distance. The rooms themselves were good, but the lizards ruined the stay. You wouldn’t expect this in a 3k room per night, especially if you’re afraid of insects like lizards.

Breakfast came on disposable plates, which I appreciated during the pandemic. The rooms looked just like the pictures online and were clean. We had a wonderful stay.
