The room was a good size, and if management takes feedback seriously, this could become a good hotel. But at ₹2500, it felt costly for Mandya. The cot wasn’t clean underneath, the corridor wasn’t cleaned regularly, and the bathroom needs improvement. Bedsheets, bedspreads and towels should be kept very clean, and the breakfast menu needs attention too. I was told a tea maker for hot water was only available in a ₹3100 room. That was ridiculous to hear, and it would make me think twice about coming back. Toothpaste and a brush would be appreciated too, for only about ₹10-15 extra, and would add value to the hotel. Management should visit "The president hotel" Mysore to see how a hotel can be maintained. We can get rooms at The president hotel for this same budget.

It’s a bit far from the city center and too close to the highway. The roof top restaurant also makes it hard to sleep for more than 5.5 hours. Unless you pay more for a room on a lower floor, you can’t avoid the sound of tables and chairs being moved. It goes on for about 30 minutes, both in the morning and in the evening.

There was plenty of parking, and the rooms at Surabhi Hotel, Mandya were spacious and comfortable. The place felt warm and welcoming, with courteous, helpful staff, and the location made it easy to reach the main spots around Mandya. We had a really good stay. When the room service staff were busy with other guests, the manager stepped in and helped us himself, going beyond his duty. That was a pleasant surprise. Wishing them success in the hotel industry 💐👍

For a short stopover, this basic place does the job. It has clean rooms, the essentials and a handy location for travelers passing through Mandya. It’s fine for a night’s rest, though I wouldn’t choose it for a luxurious or extended stay. The amenities are minimal and the service is straightforward. If you just need a bed for the night, it works well.
