I liked the staff, the prompt room service, and the restaurant food, especially the veg dishes. The complimentary breakfast, though, wasn't good enough for me. The 4th floor breakfast area needs regular cleaning, including the wash besin and the entrance from the staircase. They should give serious thought to the breakfast's quantity and quality. I'd rather pay for a good breakfast than have a poor one included. This hotel has the potential to do better.

The staff were courteous, quick, and extremely helpful, and the room service was prompt if you wanted to eat in privacy. The breakfast spread was nice and tasty, a great way to start the day. Autos and buses are easy to get, so connectivity is good, and there's parking a couple of blocks behind the hotel. The rooms are nothing to boast about: small and dull, with a forgettable washroom. I stayed with my family for 2 nights. The location is convenient, which probably explains the slightly higher price. At Rs 3000-4000 per day, it was a good stay for that budget.

The front-office team was very cooperative, and they were flexible with check-in and check-out times. The deluxe room was neat and clean. We got complimentary breakfast on both days, though there wasn't much variety. The restaurant was good, but service there was very delayed. Overall, a good hotel for a family stay.

The hotel connects well to NITK and Mangalore malls, but I wouldn't spend 2k a night for this kind of service. We couldn't connect to the wifi, a problem I've seen mentioned in other reviews that still hasn't been fixed. The AC and fan rattled all night and need attention. They have solar heaters, so when it rains, which is most of the time in Mangalore, you won't get hot water. The room was neat and clean, and service was good. I booked through Oyo for 1900/3ppl, though it's cheaper through MMT. The complimentary breakfast was poor, with dry idlies, watery sambhar and chutney, and few food options. Better to eat outside. The location also isn't good for families, with wine shops and cigarette stalls around the hotel.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 day in 2015 ☺️. We'd booked an executive AC room, but they apologized when we arrived and gave us a super deluxe room at the same rate because the executive rooms were all full. It was clean and cozy, and the staff and service were very good. We were too tired to go out, so we ordered evening snacks and dinner to the room. Their menu has a good variety of food. Overall, a very good place to stay!
