The rooms were average for the price, but the staff at Sai Arya residency were a 10/10. They were friendly, helpful, and made our trip to manglore a pleasant one. We had a great stay.

The hotel had a lovely surrounding atmosphere and a great location. The room was very clean and hygienic, and the service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, especially Maneger Praful, who was very helpful. Had a great stay.

Even though I had booked two days ahead, they initially refused to let me check in. The staff said the rate was too low for them to provide a room and told me to contact OYO customer care. After travelling 8-9 hours, that was very upsetting. I showed them chat screenshots confirming the booking with the hotel, along with the room pictures they had sent me. Only then did they agree to give me a room, after about 20 minutes. The first room had water leaking from the AC, so they moved me. The second was okay, with a working AC and hot water, but the pillow covers were dirty. With the check-in hassle and room problems, I'd rate the hotel 2/5.

I enjoyed the stay. The ambience was good and the price reasonable. The toilet was clean, and, which mattered to me, there was no problem with the hot water.
