The only real plus was being near the railway station. The room felt worth only ₹1,300-₹1,400 including GST to me, not the ₹2,000 tariff. Prices seemed to vary by the guest’s state, with higher rates quoted to non-local guests. The room was average, with bedsheet issues, and housekeeping was poor. Waste wasn’t cleared regularly and sheets weren’t changed daily. There were no blankets, towels, or toiletries, not even soap. Checkout wasn’t flexible either: a delay of less than two hours cost an extra ₹800.

The furniture was broken and the overall ambience was poor. For Rs 3000/-, this residency isn’t up to the mark and is priced too high. The room was dirty, as were the curtains, bedsheets, and pillow covers. It looked like they wash them only once every 06 months. Honestly, I’d tell everyone to sleep in lalbaugh bustand rather than ever choose this place.

The manager with the beard was very rude and didn’t know how to talk to customers. The service is bad and it isn’t worth the price. The premises are good and reasonably clean.

The room was dirty, the bathroom never seemed to get washed, and the linen wasn’t changed. The environment was dirty too. An AC double with an extra bed costs 2500, which is expensive.
