Hirak does a very good job at the hotel. He is hardworking, polite with guests and colleagues, and responsible about his duties. He carries out his tasks sincerely and is a valuable part of the team. Thanks to all the staff who work hard. 😊

The team made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, and everyone was kind and helpful. My room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable. I had a peaceful, relaxing stay and enjoyed it from start to finish. Thanks to the whole team.

After our flight, we left our laundry outside at night within a 5-minute gap between my roommate and me. Reception had said it would be collected and returned by 8:30 AM. Her laundry was picked up on time, but mine wasn’t, even after I called to say it was outside. The next morning, I was told it wasn’t ready and indirectly blamed for handing it in late, which wasn’t true. After a lot of discussion, they agreed to take action, but the reception attitude was upsetting. We had a flight to catch, and it felt like no one was listening or taking the urgency seriously. Mr. ATHUL KUMAR’s response and expressions came across as lacking empathy. We literally had to rush to catch our flight because of the delay. The stay and room service were good overall, and I usually enjoy staying at Ocean Pearl Inn, Mangalore. But this experience has made me rethink. I hope management improves coordination and trains staff to handle guests’ concerns with more empathy and professionalism.

The valet and security guys were friendly and helpful, and they’re the only ones who deserve good ratings. Check-in was fast, and the rooms were spacious and clean, but staff seemed disinterested in explaining basic things like breakfast timings. The blankets were wet and not fully dried. When I asked, staff carelessly replied, 'All blankets are wet today after wash.' Surprising that guests are expected to use wet blankets. Breakfast was extremely bad, all the items were cold, and the servers didn’t seem interested in serving water. I definitely wouldn’t choose breakfast here. Better to go to their main branch Ocean Pearl, where service is better, or another hotel in Mangalore. Not recommended to stay here.
