The location worked really well for us, with two supermarkets just five minutes away, lovely restaurants across the road, and a coffee shop down the road. We also found the hotel taxi service well priced, and the cars had seat belts and air conditioning. Staff were helpful when we needed food ordered or needed something booked using an Indian phone number. Our room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. It came with a fridge and ironing board, and noise from other rooms didn't bother me. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and different each day, with extra items available to order. Service was excellent, with daily room cleaning and water bottles.

The little welcome drink at check-in was a nice touch, and the security and service staff were cheerful and polite. Breakfast had lots of choice, and the rooms were clean with all the amenities thoughtfully provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a quiet room with modern touch switches and no traffic noise. Breakfast was a great buffet, with plenty of vegetarian choices and live dosa and poori counters. When we ordered dinner through Swiggy or zomato, the hotel staff kindly picked it up from reception and brought it to our room with plates and cutlery when we asked. Really good hospitality and service. I'll definitely stay here on my next visit.

Mr. Fayaz at reception was especially welcoming and professional, and helped me throughout my stay. The whole staff were extremely supportive, and I haven't experienced such caring service at a hotel before. My stay at Royal Plaza Hotel was excellent. A memorable place for comfort and warm hospitality, highly recommended.
