Although the property is old, the rooms are very well maintained and the stay was really comfortable. The staff were courteous and hospitable. Gulab Bhist from galley, Nagaveni, and Manjula from housekeeping went the extra mile to make me comfortable. Best wishes to the team, and I recommend reaching out to them if you need help.

I really enjoyed staying at Ocean Pearl Hotel Mangalore. The staff were responsible and cooperative, and housekeeping did a great job with the cleaning and ironing service. Nagaveni ji from Housekeeping decorated our beds beautifully with flowers and towel designs, which we loved. Deepak ji from Housekeeping was also very helpful and cooperative.

Likhin, Chandini, and Raju were especially helpful when we checked in and out. The staff were professional and friendly throughout our two-night stay at Ocean Pearl Hotel in Mangalore. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked so well that we slept nicely each night. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel.

Mr Meghraj drove us to the airport safely and was humble and respectful. Mr Kushal was kind and courteous, and the service was much appreciated. The hotel itself is pretty and clean. With staff like this, guests are sure to feel valued. Hope to return soon and enjoy the hospitality again.

The starters were just average, and the cheese cherry pineapple was made with hard, dried cherries instead of soft canned ones. We sent it back, but got the same thing again, so we had to cancel the dish. For the old times’ sake visit to Jade, we also ordered the pan fried noodles, but they were really disappointing, tasting like diluted Maggie with a bunch of chicken and vegetables. It was nothing like before. Even the khau soey came without any condiments, which are the crux of the dish. This was not what I expect from a star hotel. Honestly, I’m done with the place. Never again. 🙏
