Rachana Palace

I felt unsafe during this terrible stay and wouldn’t recommend the hotel. The room was extremely untidy: there was a used condom in the cupboard, stains all over the bedsheet, and a smell of smoke throughout. The service staff were unprofessional, and the manager demanded the full room charge because I checked in one hour early. A very bad experience.

We had dinner late at night, and the owner was welcoming and cordial. He offered us the food. I’d revisit if I get the chance.

We told the staff our food order ahead of time, but it still wasn’t ready when expected. We waited a long time and got no proper response. The lack of coordination and responsibility made for a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value your time.

The location is convenient and well connected, making it easy to get around for business or leisure. During my pleasant stay at Rachana Palace, the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, and the service was excellent. RACHANA PALACE offers great hospitality in a prime location.
