We were left with a toilet that kept getting waterlogged and wasn’t fixed during our stay. The place was also hard to find because the Google Maps link sent us to an adjoining road, which caused a lot of trouble navigating there. For a property branded as “luxury,” the housekeeping was disappointing. Our quilt covers were stained, the kitchen bins still had stale bread in them, and the refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned. On our first night, guards and drivers got into a violent altercation, and some staff were intoxicated. That made the environment feel unsafe and unsuitable for families. With the hygiene and safety problems, I can’t recommend this villa for a family holiday.
