There’s no pool, despite the misleading photos and hotel name, and nothing about this place meets an international standard. Our group booked for a sports tournament and was treated badly by staff. We had to argue with management to get proper rooms. The real rooms and amenities looked nothing like the pictures from the moment we entered. The rooms are old, shabby, pest infested, and not worth the price. Basic facilities don’t work properly. Parking is restricted: we couldn’t park inside the compound, and had to leave cars outside the entrance gate at our own risk. Wi-Fi only worked at reception, not in the rooms. People get fooled by those pool pictures. It’s a BIG SCAM, I wouldn’t return or recommend it. Never book here.

The property looked nothing like its online photos, and it wasn’t worth the price. Our room was dirty, poorly maintained, and full of insects, with unhygienic looking sheets and pillows. Corridors smelled because leftover food sat outside rooms for hours. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and management didn’t respond properly when we complained.

For my office trip to Mapusa, I first stayed near the bus stand, but the hotels there were dirty and the staff came across as arrogant. I found this place instead and had a wonderful stay. The property is clean, and the staff are helpful. Special thanks to the reception team for their warm service. You can hire a bike here, and it’s only about 7-8 minutes from Mapusa bus stand. I’d highly recommend it.

The state of the room made my one-day stay at Hotel Priti International really disappointing. There was a bad smell, the washroom was dirty, and the flush didn’t work properly. I also found bugs on the bed, and the blankets didn’t seem fresh or hygienic. The room itself wasn’t comfortable, and the doors and locks felt flimsy and unsafe. Even the electrical switch boards were loose and delicate. I expected much better cleanliness and maintenance.
