JM Vista Suites Hotel

Our corner room had a huge balcony, and they even supplied mosquito repellent. The bathtub was in good shape, and the spacious room was clean and really comfortable. Staff were helpful, service was great, and when our flight delay meant a late check-in, they responded quickly. Room service was available whenever we needed it, except one day when a staff member was off for the Ganesh festival. We were fine with that. There aren't many food shops nearby, but you can order in and they provide cutlery. We paid a higher rate when booking, though prices vary with the season, so it's worth checking several sites for deals. For what we paid, this was the best hotel I've stayed at so far. Super comfy.

Being a bit away from the beaches may put some people off, though I liked the quiet and the feeling of coming home. Hygiene and the staff's professional, friendly manner made the stay for me. The rooms matched the online description, with a small refrigerator, AC, TV, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. They were roomy, bright, airy, and very clean, with a nice balcony. The bathroom was spacious and especially spotless, which matters a lot to me. Breakfast was delicious, too. Staff were unusually kind and always willing to help. Room service was offered at any time, so on days we went out around 2 or 3 in the afternoon, we could return to a freshly serviced room. I loved it.

The beach areas are a bit of a trip from here, though that's manageable if you rent a bike. The rooms are clean, roomy, and nicely designed and decorated, and the staff are professional and dependable. A good hotel overall.

Getting a rental two-wheeler was quick, and check-in and checkout were hassle-free. The staff were cooperative whenever we raised a concern, and the complimentary breakfast was great and arrived on time. Our room and washroom were neat, and the room was spacious. The quiet location suited us, and the stay felt well worth the price. Only small issue was that the cutlery in the room could have been cleaner. We had a great weekend here.
