The rooms were in awful shape. They hadn’t been cleaned properly, and almost everything inside was damaged or broken. Basic hygiene and maintenance were clearly lacking. From arrival, the staff were rude and completely unhelpful. The dark, gloomy hallways gave the whole place an unsettling, almost 'haunted' feeling. It was a pathetic and incredibly disappointing stay. I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The woman working the front desk at night was a gem. The hotel is lucky to have her handling guests. She was helpful throughout my stay.

The staff behaved excellently, and I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water. But the room condition and the missing promised amenities were very disappointing. I chose this property based on the description on Goibibo, and the actual stay didn’t match what was promised. The door locks and handles were broken and didn’t work properly. Walls were in poor shape, with peeling paint, and there were visible black spots on the bathroom tiles. Wi-Fi was promised on the Goibibo website and in the billing, but wasn’t provided. The TV set-top box and water heater (geyser) didn’t work either. The mosquito machine had no liquid refill. There were only three sockets in the entire room, two taken up by fixtures, leaving one to charge mobile devices. I hope these problems are addressed for future guests.

It’s right beside Mapusa busstand, and the room was spacious. Cleanliness was okay, and the linen was clean. The building is showing its age and needs renovation.

The staff were good, but there was fungal growth on the wall and a fungal smell throughout the room. One woman at reception took 200 rs personally for a 10 am check-in.
