The villa needs better upkeep and cleaning. We found cockroaches, worms, and spider webs all over, and the geysers were said to work but didn't. The toilets and bathrooms were clean, though. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights, but the bedsheets weren't changed and we didn't get fresh towels. Only two of the three bedrooms have an attached toilet. There aren't any shops, grocery stores, budget hotels, or eateries nearby, though there are small stalls serving homemade food. If you need to rent a vehicle, the caretaker can arrange one at a reasonable price. The person handling two-wheeler rentals was pretty cool.
