The rooms were spotless and spacious, and we could hear birds around the serene property. Anything we asked for was handled within minutes. We stayed three nights, and the team made us feel special with their kind, graceful, attentive service. They welcomed us warmly and prepared a delicious Goan dish for dinner in a homely way. The whole place has a calm, humble feel. We loved every bit of the stay. Special thanks to Supriya at Reception, Chef Soujan, Bittu, and Puja at the restaurant, and Anil & Cindy from the Spa 🙏🏻

The food was a highlight, especially the Hi-Tea Fish Fingers and breakfast Dosas. The restaurant team gave us world-class, personalized service. Dining is more curated than a big buffet, but the food was fresh and high quality. Before our 750km+ drive home, the team thoughtfully packed 'life-saver' sandwiches for us. We also loved the boutique rooms, designed around Goa’s serene spirit. The interior was pristine and well appointed, though housekeeping had missed the balcony recliners. Bath products added a touch of luxury. It’s a peaceful destination in itself. We took the Moira River walk on our own, but the resort’s atmosphere was especially enchanting. The on-site photography spots were great for anniversary memories. As a professional travelling with family, I found the security reassuring, and staff were discreet but attentive. The place feels like a private, safe sanctuary. It’s intimate and easy to navigate, with everything a short, picturesque stroll away, so it suited a slow-paced 'Storii' experience. Great views, romantic, and quiet.

The location is great if you want a peaceful stay, and the staff were friendly, cooperative, and gave us the best service. They helped with our late checkout and late breakfast, even though I had a very bad experience with a stinking blanket after a late check-in. The pleasant stay was let down by that issue. The ITC showers on us always.

Our daughter’s wedding at Storii by ITC Moira became one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. We booked the whole hotel, and the setting, catering, staff, service, and overall experience were all exceptional. Mr. Somnath Bose took extra care to get every small detail just the way we wanted it, and our guests were wowed. We’ll gladly recommend Storii by ITC to friends and relatives for their events.
