The Paradise Inn by OYO Rooms

The fan stopped working, and even after I reported it, nothing was done. I asked to move rooms, but the owner wouldn't help unless we agreed to pay an extra ₹200. I had booked a non-AC room, though he gave us an AC one and said using the AC would cost ₹200 more. That part seemed fine at first.

The room and bathroom were clean, and it was a nice room. Staff behaved well too, and the service was great.

The staff were lazy, and the service was the worst I've seen. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned after checkout, WiFi, TV, and the intercom phone weren't working, and the air-conditioning wasn't working properly either. I had to go to the office with every question. There was just one towel, and it was torn at the edge. They didn't provide soap, so I was made to use what had been left after checkout. I checked in directly after seeing the OYO sign nearby instead of using the OYO app, and they charged me 250/- extra. That part was my mistake, anyway. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they improve their service.

The room was full of mosquitoes, and even after repeatedly asking the staff, nobody did anything about it. The staff were drunk at night and very unprofessional, and the service was bad. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. No matter how desperate you are, don't book it.
