I wouldn’t stay here again. The air conditioning in the deluxe room barely cooled the space, and there wasn’t even a fan. They moved me three times, but the problem never got sorted. Staff seemed irritated when I asked for help. I woke up sweating in the middle of the night and called reception, only to be told at 6am that they couldn’t do anything more. It was incredibly frustrating. My parents’ mattress had springs poking into their backs, and when a bathroom pipe broke after midnight, nobody came to fix it before checkout. Water leaked all night. A terrible experience, especially for a family trip. I wouldn’t recommend it for any kind of stay.

The room was roomy, though the furniture felt old. Mosquitoes were the biggest problem: I couldn’t sleep all night, and a month later I still had marks on my hands and legs from the bites. The landline didn’t work, and neither did the AC remote. It’s also outside the town area.

The hotel is a long way from the tourist spots, so keep that in mind. The rooms were fairly spacious, clean, and decent, though some AC units weren’t working. There were no fans, only AC. Still, I had a decent stay.
