The hotel was VERY clean, and the staff were wonderful. Since our package with Jayasree Travel (MercuryDirect) came with a driver, we didn't have to drive ourselves. It included plenty of activities, including a traditional Kathakali dancing show. That was brilliant, and the trip showed us real India in all its "glory," without hiding anything. It is a little way out, but there is lots to see and do on a tour like this. Loving it here, highly recommend!!

The Executive room was spacious, with an excellent jacuzzi bath and shower cubicle, but things went downhill from there. We had to order from a limited menu two hours ahead, and the food was unremarkable. The air-con just about managed the large room, while one fan was very noisy. The "pool" is a large Jacuzzi in the car park, and the big "fitness" centre looks unused. KTDC runs the accommodation, which was included in a Jayasree Tours trip in Kovalam. It really is a retreat, in the middle of nowhere, 30-40 minutes by car from Fort Cochin with nothing within walking distance. If you're new to India and on a tour before heading to the beach, it might suit you. For others, "Luxury" in the title may be a bit of a misnomer.

The rooms at Sreeragam were so nice, clean, and hygienic, and we got great assistance there. We wouldn't think twice about booking again. Keep it up, guys.

The villa was really wonderful, and the place is beautiful for families and couples. Maintenance and service were excellent. Costs were reasonable, and the food was tasty, though we had to pay for it separately.

The garden and pool are lovely, and it's a cosy place with nice staff and good food. But the shower, Jacuzzi, and AC didn't work, and there were lots of mosquitoes around the restaurant.
