JVK Park Hotel

We stayed here on 23rd and 24th December 2025. The room had a beautiful view of the lakes, and the hotel itself was lovely, spacious, and in a nice location. The food was great, and the staff were very courteous.

The hotel’s ambience is lovely, with a lake view, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The front desk staff deserve credit for responding promptly. The food experience was a letdown, though. Hygiene seemed poorly handled, the F&B staff were rude and inattentive, and drinks came with debris, apparently from unwashed utensils.

We paid 4,700 for a “Premium Room” booked through an app, but the room we got was just a basic one. I can’t tell whether they’re scamming people who use third party apps or whether their idea of “Premium” is a joke, but it didn’t feel worth the price. The staff also showed very little care. We arrived with huge luggage and nobody, not security or a room boy, helped us or even showed us where the room was. We had to manage it all ourselves. It felt completely unprofessional and was a huge disappointment. If you expect basic respect and the room you paid for, stay somewhere else.

I was really pleased with the hotel’s hospitality, ambience, room quality, and good service. The only thing I’d ask is for a temporary place to stay or rest for drivers on the ground floor. Otherwise, all good.
