There were rats in my room, and the toilet hose didn't work. Room service was awful: they told us to come downstairs to collect towels and bedsheets. When I used the towel, white fabric came off all over my body.

They charge more, and the rooms are basically useless. I'd say stay on the beach instead. There's no negative rating available, or I'd give one.

After I arrived for my OYO booking, the hotel staff said they weren't connected with OYO. OYO customer service then said they'd move me to another place, but it took almost three hours to sort out. Worst experience. Don't book here.

They booked our room through OYO, then refused to give it to us. They told us to cancel the OYO booking and said they'd provide a room at a much higher price.
