I booked an AC room through Goibibo, but when I reached the hotel they said it wasn’t available and tried to move me to a non-AC room without confirmation or a refund. The person there was rude and awful. Worst place and worst experience. Don’t come here. You’d be better off looking for an ashram, where you can learn and stay with nice sages and people from all over the world.

The room was so dirty, and there was no hotel staff around. I only met one security guard. When I called Oyo customer care, they didn’t pick up, so I had to urgently take a room at another hotel. The site and hotel conditions were very bad. It was like a ghost house. I suggest you don’t book here.

Only one room was empty, and it had no AC. When we saw its pitiful condition, it was clear this was a terrible experience. The owner was the worst person I’ve ever talked to, spoke arrogantly, and showed no interest in the problem. Mr Ayush Pratap Singh Yadav’s management was awful. OYO, our booking partner, was useless and couldn’t find us somewhere to stay. I wish I’d gone with MMT or GOIBIBO. Eventually, in frustration, we left for home.

Stay here if you’re visiting koyla ghat and shree krishna sarovar baad mathura. For other sightseeing, it’s not a good location, so please avoid it.
