The rooms were decent, but that was the only thing that worked well. Breakfast wasn't worth having, and nearby eateries are a better choice. I asked for tea four times and never got it. When I needed help arranging an auto to the station, the person in charge said it was “not their responsibility.” The service was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend this place. It doesn't meet the standard I expected from a Treebo-managed hotel, and management needs to improve service, communication, and guest support. We chose it because it was managed by the Treebo group, but the stay was very poor. We also couldn't contact the hotel directly. Calls went to an IVR, which was useless when we needed real help in an emergency, and the location wasn't easy to find. Reply to the owners response: The whatsapp support number is useless. Please improve the bot service, because it can't read my booking Id when I enter it. In an emergency, a bot response doesn't help. Human intervantion is needed. Your whatsapp bot needs an serious upgradation. Please provide a direct number for the property to help my fellow travellers.

I loved this hotel. The room was superb, and breakfast was very good. The stay was great, and hotel staaf manger mr akash agrawal and gaurav dixit ji ji were very polite and good people.

The location is the best, and all the staff were great. Night staff karan was especially helpful, and everyone behaved very, very well. Best hotel in mathura.
