I accidentally transferred an extra day’s charge, and getting it back took more than 2 weeks and hundreds of calls from different numbers. Staff kept asking for money, yet the service was bad. Any time we called for help, they took at least an hour to respond. They were rude and careless about the requests we made. The room wasn’t clean and smelled foul, and the price felt too high for the location and service. It was an absolutely pathetic, unprofessional stay. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

At checkout, the reception staff were asleep even though I had a 7:30 AM train. We had to wake them, then they argued, treated us badly, and deliberately held up checkout instead of apologizing. We nearly missed our train because of their irresponsibility. The staff were rude, careless, and completely unprofessional during the stay too. They couldn’t provide basic cutlery, room service was useless, and they refused a simple request to heat our food. The hotel showed no respect for guests’ time or safety. Management was extremely poor, and the staff behaviour disgraceful. Do NOT stay here unless you want stress, arguments, and chaos.

The meals were fresh, full of flavor, and super delicious. Every one felt like a treat! The team at Hotel Nova Inn were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, and made our stay very comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

We had a comfortable stay, with friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. The restaurant and parking were good too. Seems like a good choice for families and tourists.

The station is within walking distance, and the staff even helped us stay extra hours after checkout. Rooms were neat and clean, service was excellent, and there were no hidden conditions. Highly recommended. I’ll come back to the same place if I get another chance.
