The biggest problem was the room leak, and things got worse when they refused to serve the food we’d ordered even though we were ready to pay. At breakfast, we went down at 7:45 because we had an early flight. They said the food wasn’t ready, although we could see it was and that they were sending room service. The staff were absolutely rude. The room and bathroom were very unclean, and we had to ask two or three times for room service. Even then, we waited 2-3 hours for water, a pillow, and a blanket. Overall, a bad experience.

We booked through MMT, but the stay was pathetic. The hotel location was terrible, the rooms stank, and the shower from the plumber company wasn’t working. They didn’t provide a dental kit, and the food was third class and not fresh. Getting the bill was a problem throughout. They seemed interested only in taking money, and said the person who could make the bill would arrive after 10 or 11 am. Even after many reminders, we still couldn’t get the proper bill. The reception staff were useless, waste, and bakwaas. I don’t know who put that person at reception. I also don’t know who owns this property or how they can’t see kya bakwaas chal raha hai unke hotel mein. Never book this hotel.

The location worked well, away from the crowded marketplace, and with your own vehicle it’s easy to reach the market and other places. The rooms and service were excellent 👌

We came with family, and the staff showed no consideration for our older guests. The manager had no manners, spoke like a goon, and tried to make us pay for food we hadn’t eaten. When we asked to see the record, he realized it wasn’t ours but didn’t apologize. He then demanded payment for the daily complimentary bottle of water. The location is also far from the places to visit. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Please avoid staying here, especially with family, and save yourself the trouble.
