Hotel Mukund palace

The rooms, sheets, and blankets were unhygienic, and room service was very poor. They didn't provide basics like soap, bottled water, or towels. I wouldn't suggest staying here with a family, especially with children.

They put our family of three in a room with just one blanket. When we complained, they said they had no double bed blankets because every room was occupied. They also wouldn't give us a water bottle. The second-floor rooms aren't worth staying in, and the whole stay was ridiculous.

The bathrooms smelled of sewage, and the toilet seats were broken and wobbly. At Hotel Mukunda palace, the rooms stink like dead rats, and the windows are broken, making them unsuitable for winter.

My confirmed booking was cancelled because they decided to give the rooms to a larger group. The place looked dirty and untidy when I arrived, and there was nobody at reception to explain anything. Someone eventually showed up to tell me about the cancellation, but they offered no help finding another place. The worst hotel I've come across.
