Agoda sorted things out for me by arranging another hotel with better facilities, but this was still a really disappointing experience with the management. My Agoda reservation had been confirmed by email, yet when I arrived, the manager was rude and refused to give us a room. He said they don’t accept online bookings because getting the funds takes time. If online portals are a problem for the hotel, they should remove the listing. And if a booking can’t be honored, the customer should be told in advance so they can find somewhere else. Asking someone who has traveled a long way to pay extra on arrival is inconvenient and reflects badly on the business. Please don’t take bookings through online portals unless you can fulfill them, or call the customer to explain the issue. I’d checked poor reviews before booking, and booking through Agoda was my biggest mistake. Really disappointed by the worst management.

I stayed for 3 days and wouldn’t book this place again. There were electricity problems, the AC didn’t work, and the bed hygiene was very poor. Service was bad, there was no food service, and there wasn’t proper transport for mathura vrindavan. Once you pay, the team doesn’t acknowledge you. It’s called Collection O, but felt like a 200/- room rate dharamshala. If you’re considering this hotel, I’m waiting for your review, which will probably be like mine 😉😉

The only reason to book is the proximity to Temples. Apart from that, it’s a mess in a gloomy setting and a messy location. I went with family, but the staff, especially the front desk, were awful and indifferent, with no consideration for us. The rooms were poor quality, the AC was broken, and there were bugs in the beds. There was no wifi, and I also noticed unpleasant odors, trouble accessing Wi-Fi, a lack of in-room or hotel amenities, and excessive noise. Worst overall.

They charged 2700 Rs for one room, which wasn’t worth it for such poor service. The power socket didn’t work, there was no electricity in the morning until checkout, and they flat-out refused room service and requests for an extra pillow or blanket. The worst place to stay.

The management was poor and the amenities bad. The bed and blankets were in extremely bad shape, and it looked like they never changed them. If this is the only hotel available, it’d be better to change your visit date.
