The owner was very polite, which was the first thing that stood out, along with how the staff treat you. The rooms were much better, clean, and affordable. Since it's a family residency, it's good for families. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The team really cared about us and made our stay unforgettable. Shri Bala ji Dham is a true gem, with unmatched hospitality and immaculate, cozy rooms.
We had a pleasant, hassle-free stay at Shri Bala Ji Dham. Service went smoothly, the staff were polite, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The hotel and room were nice, and the cleanliness, blankets, bedsheets, and service were good. The basin had an issue and the water wouldn't drain, but it should be cleaned.
The rooms are very affordable, the facilities are good, and the hotel staff are really nice and well behaved. It's a new hotel.
