The calm, cozy setting made Hotel Barsana a comfortable place to take a break, and the staff were attentive, polite, and quick. As a vegetarian, I appreciated having a decent range of fresh, well-prepared choices. I had a sandwich, coffee, and cake. The sandwich was crisp outside and soft inside, with fresh, flavorful filling. The coffee came hot and smelled rich, and the soft, moist cake had a nice level of sweetness without feeling too heavy. I enjoyed the food and would recommend the place to vegetarians looking for a tasty café stop, whether for a snack or dessert.

On the way from darjeeling to bagdogra airport, we stopped at the hotel for lunch. The food at the veg restaurant was really yummy, the service was great, and the ambience was beautiful.

The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms feel fit for royalty. The place is beautifully decorated, with excellent food, and the location is handy for getting to the airport. I can't put the experience into words. The food alone makes you want to return, so visit once and you'll be hooked.

The staff were polite, behaved well, and gave prompt service. The food was very tasty, with plenty of choices at Terracotta restaurant, especially for non-veg dishes. Both restaurants have a bar, and there's a vegetarian restaurant too. There are two buildings connected by a bridge on the top floor, and guests can use the rooftop swimming pool. The hotel is around 7/8 km from the Airport and City. Great place to stay when visiting Siliguri, highly recommended.

Our flight changed to an earlier one, so we arrived three hours before check-in. They still got us into a room right away. Eldrin, Bisesta, Rohan, and FOM Shiv Sir treated us like royalty throughout the stay. Very accommodating, and I'd definitely recommend them.
