Katyuri Nature View Resort

The food could be better, though the owner took our feedback seriously and worked with his team to make sure our later meals were up to standard. He was really sweet about it. I know the property is still developing, so services may be affected as it grows. We had a blast with family, and the place was peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The mountain feel, valley views, and final stretch from Kotdwar city made it a great nature getaway. It fully lived up to what I expected, and I recommend it 110%.

The location is great and the property is nice, but the service let us down. One staff member was drunk and kept causing a nuisance during our stay. I won't name him for his own good. The staff in general seemed not to care about guests and worked on their own schedule. If you're drawn to nature, you could still visit, but be aware the unprofessional service might spoil the experience, as it did for us.

Katyuri nature view resort at Charekh, Lansdowne made a big first impression. It's a huge resort, with expansive lawns, very good service, and really sumptuous food. Mr. Piyush deserves a special thanks for answering our questions promptly, telling us about the place, and helping however he could. We had a memorable stay. There are three room categories, including tents, and each has its own appeal. I'd highly recommend a visit.

We stayed here for two days, and it was worth it. Such a quiet, serene spot surrounded by nature, just right for anyone who loves a peaceful escape. Definitely a gem for the bucket list.
