Hotel Sitara Regency

Worst hotel ever. We paid 2000 for one night, but the room facilities were very poor. There was just one towel for the four of us, and it was so dirty I wouldn’t even clean my shoes with it. They gave us a heater, but it barely worked. We left on our bikes at 9 am the next day. Traffic police were standing just 200 meters away and fined us for no entry because we were only 15 mins early. The hotel manager hadn’t warned us. A very bad hotel.

Never book this hotel. It’s so dirty and disgusting, I can’t put into words how much I hated the property. I recommend everyone stay away.

The staff were okay, but staying here was still a very bad experience. The rooms are filthy, with very dirty walls and paint peeling off. The toilets were so bad that public toilets would be much better to use. I paid 1500 for room no 401, but it wasn’t worth even 400 rupee a night. Don’t waste your money here. A big no to anyone planning to stay.

The room hygiene was terrible. We found bed bugs, and the sheets had oil and black marks on them. The pillow covers didn’t seem properly washed either. The bathroom had an old-style geyser that took 40 min to heat water. They charged a huge amount for this garbage room, so it wasn’t value for money. I’d suggest booking an oyo nearby instead, it should be hygienic and clean.
