Landmark

The restaurant was a highlight: plenty to choose from, quick service, hot meals every time, and a generous buffet breakfast. The staff and food were excellent. We stayed two nights in the Honeymoon suit during snowfall and had a wide view across the valley. The room was beautifully laid out, with modern heating and hot water around the clock. The hotel says its full DG backup helps with the power cuts common in the hills. Its lift opens directly onto the Mall, and Mr Agrawal was around the hotel most of the time, running things closely. Hotel Landmark made for a remarkable stay in Shimla.

We had a comfortable, pleasant stay in Shimla, and the food was excellent. The travel desk staff member was friendly and helpful. There's covered parking with plenty of space, plus a complimentary dormitory for drivers. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and getting to Mall Road was easy.

We spent five days here and had a great time. The food was fresh and tasty, service was quick, and the staff were well mannered. From the hotel's sixth floor, you can reach Mall Road. You can walk about a kilometre or catch public transport right outside the sixth-floor gate. Good location too. We'd love to come back, and I highly recommend it.
