As a Delhi travel agent who stays in hotels across different cities, I was impressed by our family visit to Krishna B&B, Near Mall Road, Shimla. The place offers full value for money, with comfortable rooms and welcoming hospitality. My agency is called Sanjay Travels Delhi. Its location is especially convenient, just a few steps from Mall Road for shopping, sightseeing, and exploring Shimla’s main attractions. The calm, family-friendly setting suited us well. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with good bedding, interiors, and hygiene. Housekeeping kept everything spotless and responded quickly. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful with food, tea, early morning assistance, and local travel guidance. My family felt safe and comfortable throughout. We booked five rooms for 15 people, including children, women, and elderly family members, and paid a 5000rs advance to hold them. Then, while we were on the train, they told us just 2hrs before check-in that no rooms were available. We were left stranded at the railway station in the cold. The worst part is that they still haven’t returned the advance. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. SCAM. FRAUD.

The hotel is conveniently close to Shimla Mall road and shimla kali bari, with Mall road no more than 300-350m away. The rooms were clean, the food arrived on time and was delicious, and the staff were very polite and pleasant.
