Nothing was clean, including the bathrooms, and the geysers didn't work. The food was so unpleasant that nobody in my family ate it. Everyone's behavior was bad, and the receptionist was drunk and smelled awful. I've never stayed in a worse hotel, and the whole experience was really bad.
The rooms are a good size, with clean linen and nice views. The food is good too. The staff are kind, courteous, and cooperative, and I liked the rooms.
Unbelievable that this hotel is rated three stars. It's third class, especially the service and the management's attitude and communication.
A great place to stay, especially for Gujjus, with really good food if you're vegetarian.
