The food was fresh, tasty, and had a nice range of choices, and the whole place felt calm and welcoming. Our room was clean, roomy, and in good shape, with the essentials provided. The staff were attentive and polite, and the location made it easy to reach nearby sights and transport. I had a lovely stay at Hotel Sonartori, and would recommend it as a dependable option for a short or longer visit.
The receptionist was especially friendly and helpful, and the staff were great. The hotel sits in lovely surroundings and is in a convenient location. We found the rooms comfortable, and the food was good for the price. Everything about the stay was excellent. I hope I can come back for longer next time.
We went four days without any room cleaning, and they even charged us for a water bottle that was supposed to be provided. The staff's behavior made an already unpleasant stay worse. The owner Moumita Bhowmick was extremely rude, and they seem to have no understanding of service or hospitality. It was a very bad experience and not worth the money.
I felt safe and secure at Hotel Sonartari, and that will stay with me. I chose it because of its eco-friendly approach, from recycling programs to ways of saving energy. They seem to care about conserving the environment while still keeping guests comfortable. ❤️
The front desk helped us arrange transport to and from the airport, and the staff were courteous. The hotel is right on the main road, which is a good location, and it works well for families. We also really recommend the family restaurant.
