Our rooms had been booked in advance, but the staff had no record of the reservation and the rooms weren't ready when we arrived. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned, and hygiene overall was unacceptable. The blankets smelled bad and made us itchy, which made it very uncomfortable. They say there is car parking, but there wasn't proper space, which caused a lot of inconvenience. I was quoted very high rates over the phone, while walk-in customers could get rooms cheaply, which felt unfair. We reported the TV and other problems, but they weren't fixed. This was advertised as a homestay, yet it felt like a lodge with very poor service. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

This is a clean homestay with basic amenities, in a residential layout behind the city centre mall. It's a quiet area, mostly residential, and can feel a bit dead at night. There aren't any shops nearby for dinner, lunch or quick snacks, so you'll need to rely on the homestay or food delivery apps. Uber and Rapido are easy to get.

The rooms are good for the money, as long as you don't expect more at this price. You'll need to order food online. I'd call the stay good overall.

The rooms are expensive, yet they feel poor quality. The service was cheap, and the rooms were dirty, with black dirt everywhere and condoms beside the bed. Families should stay away. My experience was really bad, and I'd tell people not to visit.

I wouldn't recommend this place. The staff were inattentive, and the blankets they gave us smelled as if they hadn't been washed in days and were dragging on the floor. The bed and curtains smelled too.
