Rahul deserves special thanks. He was always ready to help, whether with arranging food or pickup and drop services. The hotel is in a quiet area with no disturbance, and the room was good and budget-friendly. I stayed for a planned weeklong trip and never felt let down by the staff. Breakfast, dinner, hygiene, and room service were all excellent and made the stay comfortable. The hotel and room view were beautiful too. Highly recommended, do stay here.

Our ground-floor rooms had no light and no view. They were okay, but not very clean, and the hotel didn’t feel family-friendly. There were two adults and two kids, but we got just one towel. When we asked for even one more, they gave various reasons, and reception said the laundry hadn’t arrived.

The boys on duty were exceptional, and the whole Viva team gave good support. Thank you, I’ll visit again soon.
