Even with the advance paid, you can’t rely on this hotel, and the service was pathetic. I’d reserved one AC double room by phone exactly a week ahead and paid the INR 200 token advance they requested, with a receipt. But when we arrived around 22.30 Hrs on check-in night, they said there were no rooms. After I showed the receipt, the receptionist spoke to the owner and went out to look for accommodation elsewhere. He came back saying nothing was available. After arguments until 23.30 Hrs, they finally gave us an AC double room on the 2nd floor. Avoid this place if you want peace of mind.

After driving 400 km, we were given a filthy room. Hair covered the floor, bed, and dressing table, the bathroom had an unflushed toilet, and a terrible urine smell stayed in the room all night. The night staff said there were no other rooms, sprayed air freshener, and promised compensation. At checkout, the morning staff claimed we had refused a room change and used that as a reason not to compensate us. We were charged the full 1,800 rupees for a room that smelled like a public toilet. It’s near the bus stand, but I’ll never go back and wouldn’t recommend it to families.

The rooms are decent, but there’s no lift. You have to go a few minutes away to find food.
