The food was delicious, with quality and variety beyond what I expected, and service was attentive. The whole team was courteous, humble and clearly focused on helping guests. The General Managers, Mr. Pankaj deserve special appreciation: they were helpful at every turn and made sure my needs were handled promptly. From arrival onward, their warmth and professionalism made me feel at home. Alivaa Hotel brings together comfort and heartfelt hospitality, and I'd gladly recommend it for a pleasant stay in McLeodganj.

Mr. Pankaj is a great manager and always ready to help. I spent two days here with my wife, and the room views were breathtaking. The food was the icing on the cake. Loved our stay, with service and experience among the best.

Pankaj made sure our food and other arrangements were handled smoothly, and the staff were polite, responsive and very supportive. We found the rooms clean, well kept and hygienic throughout. The balcony's beautiful Dhauladhar view made both mornings and evenings special. Our stay at Aaliva Hotel, Dharamshala was comfortable and excellent. I'd recommend it to travellers looking for a clean, scenic, well-managed place in Dharamshala.

The meals were so good that I often skipped cafés in McLeodganj and ate at the property instead. The property, food and stay were all amazing, and they really know how to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. My stay at Alivaa was right on point. Must recommend.
