I paid 3000 for this room, and rain came in through the balcony at night and soaked my whole suitcase. The rooms are awful, and the service was very bad. Loud music went on all night. The lights can go out at any time, the fans don't work properly and suddenly stopped during the night, and even the shower doesn't work. The manager needs to deal with this. It was a terrible experience, the worst hotel ever. Make sure you don't visit or book here.

The club and bar attached to the hotel put on live bands and music, which was entertaining and enjoyable for couples. The restaurant food was good and its staff very helpful, though the hotel's own service was average. Rooms are small but manageable, with balconies and a nice view. The hotel is in a good spot right in the centre of the market.

The rooms are spacious with amazing valley views, and the hotel is nicely placed near Mcleodganj's main square. The linens smelled, possibly because of the rainy season.

The club is attached to the hotel, so there can be a little noise. Otherwise it's a fine place to stay, with a nice balcony view. The rooms are clean, the staff are polite and helpful, and cafes and restaurants are nearby. It's close to the market area too. Overall, good 👍

We booked the executive room and got a fantastic view of the mountains and valley. The food was excellent, service very good, and depending on the room, you can have a great view of the snow-capped mountains. The location is convenient. I gave four stars instead of five because the frequent power cuts inconvenienced us, even though they weren't really the hotel's fault.
