We stayed from the 29th to the 31st of May. The hotel's location is fab, and the rooms are a good size, but for the price it needs a lot of maintenance. The kitchen isn't working, which they tell you only after you pay. Wallpaper was peeling, the mirror was cracked and tiles were broken. The girl at the desk never greets or smiles, which feels so unlike a good hotel. The staff need to be more welcoming.

Neither the property owner nor MMT customer service could help us. We booked two rooms through Make my trip, but there was complete negligence with the rooms: mold all over the walls, linens not changed, and neither the TV nor intercom worked. The moldy room was heavily priced at Rs 5000. The linens were dirty, there was no kitchen service, and rates were far too high for rooms that didn't even match the pictures uploaded on MakeMyTrip. Really bad experience.

The view from my window was breathtaking, with mountains, trees and serenity all around. The room was clean and cozy, and the atmosphere peaceful during my wonderful one-night stay at this beautiful hotel in Dharamshala. Ms. Priti was incredibly welcoming and kind. Her warm smile, polite manner and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home, even though I was far from it. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a peaceful, soulful retreat and a safe stay. I'll surely come back again! 🌸✨

The location and front desk staff are the only good parts. The photos don't reflect reality, so be aware. The hotel is very old and outdated, the room was unclean, and there was no wifi.

The rooms are okay, but the service is very bad. The worst part was that the kitchen wasn't operating. They wouldn't even provide tea.
