The hall at the back felt small and crowded, especially with more than 150-200 guests, and it can get uncomfortable once the event is busy. The food was just okay, nothing special. The entrance at L’Elegant Hotel & Banquet looks grand, but the inside didn't quite match that impression. It may suit a small gathering, though I'd think carefully about the hall size for a larger event or if you want guests to move around easily.

My father booked this property for two days for my wedding, and the stay turned into a nightmare. They put expired water bottles and coffee sachets in the rooms, and the hygiene and management were awful. Because of their carelessness, my father fell sick and our special occasion was ruined. Sandeep Ahuja and Rishabh are scammers. I found the staff dishonest and unprofessional too. Don't renew your day or book this place. It was the worst experience of my life, and a waste of money.

The food was good, but the service overall was zero. I booked 40 rooms for my marriage on 22jan and 23 jan. On 15 Jan they called to say they couldn't provide all 40, only 35 at the banquet and 5 outside it. The rooms were pathetic. Please don't book here, and be especially careful dealing with Mr Nazir and Mr Pant. They even refused to give my dad food at my cocktail, saying everything was windup.

At my friend's Ring Ceremony and weeding here, the staff and management were rude and shameful, and the service was poor. Just 30 min after the function started, the serving staff refused to serve food and beverages. The hotel didn't provide any room service either. I had a very bad experience and suggest you don't book this hotel for functions.
