We were celebrating our anniversary, and they decorated the room so tastefully. Ms. Sangeeta and Mr Gaurav both had genuine smiles and helped make the day special. The resort was clean and beautiful, and the food was just what we wanted. Staff were extra polite and brought everything we asked for without charging more. Loved our stay, and it’s definitely on my list for another trip to Chail.

We spent two comfortable nights here and ate all our meals at the resort. The food was great. Staff were responsive and cooperative, and our room was spacious. The toilets were clean, the water pressure was good, and the linen was neat.

The balcony views of the mountains were breathtaking, and an evening bonfire added a lovely touch. Our room was cozy and very well maintained. The staff were so courteous and helpful, which made the stay even better. Highly recommended!
